Serra Laser records LightSAFE pages visited, enclosure settings, quote downloads, and referral websites when your browser provides them. This helps our team review designs and assist customers.
Activity uses a random browser ID that expires after 30 days. It does not include your IP address, browsing history on other websites, uploaded CAD files, or logo artwork. Your name, email, and phone are collected only when you submit a quote. That submission may be linked to earlier activity from this browser.
Only signed-in Serra Laser staff can view the internal quote and activity register. Tracking begins with this website update; earlier unrecorded activity is unavailable.
Your designs, printing, and quote requests work with activity tracking turned off. This setting applies to this browser on lightsafe.com. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
